This session will delve into the Hospice Quality Reporting Program changes for 2022 and help the learner understand the Hospice Care Index, the Hospice Item Set, Hospice Visits in Last Days of Life and the Hospice Care Index. They will further be able to identify how these can affect their quality of care and their quality score and ways to improve each of them.
